Requirements

  • Prior customer service or administrative experience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with printing, publishing, or industrial administration knowledge preferred
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience while coordinating detailed job plans with manufacturing to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Analyze and process purchase orders, enter jobs into the internal system, and requisition materials needed for production
  • Communicate customer expectations clearly while providing consistent updates on project status and timelines
  • Build strong client relationships while collaborating internally across teams to ensure successful job planning and delivery
  • Support operational excellence by adhering to quality, safety, and compliance standards while assisting with training and team collaboration
