About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, managing their accounts and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or account management role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account accuracy
  • Update customer information and account records regularly
