In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our clients' accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and efficient resolution of inquiries. Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools is a plus.
Availability to work Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing outstanding service and support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries, addressing client needs in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
Monitor account activities and provide clients with regular updates to ensure they are informed and engaged.
Identify opportunities for account growth and present appropriate solutions to clients.
Handle and resolve client complaints with sensitivity and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to effectively address client inquiries and requests.
