Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
• Bilingual proficiency is required (English and Spanish or other languages as applicable).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business or management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
• Manage store operations to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and drive store profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and effective manner.
• Collaborate with other store managers and staff to optimize inventory management and product placement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
