About The Position

CGI Federal is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Account Manager. As a Customer Account Manager, you will enable the customer to accomplish their goals and mission by assisting with project management, acquisition support and post-acquisition activities. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Establish, maintain, and closeout profiles. . Provide Quality Assurance checks on profiles . Proactively monitor funding statuses. . Administer monthly billing and invoicing to include burn rates and make corresponding updates. . Effective and efficient communications with business partners and relationship building. . Create and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in supporting project management, purchasing, or acquisition related activities
• Experience working within secured space
• Experience with IC clients
• TS/SCI with Poly REQUIRED
