As part of our Sales team, the Customer Account Manager will have the opportunity to lead Shopmonkey’s customer expansion initiatives in our SMB segment. You are responsible for building relationships with customers and expanding their spend with Shopmonkey via additional licenses, add-ons, and new products. This is a closing role cross selling into the customer base of thousands of Shopmonkey users. Please note this is a hybrid role, with in-office expectations 2 days/week in our Larkspur, California office.
