About the Customer Account Executive position We are seeking a driven and collaborative Customer Account Executive to focus on expanding and upselling existing customer accounts in strong partnership with our Customer Success Managers. This role lives within our customer success organization and owns growth, expansion, and upselling within an assigned book of business and works closely with CSMs to align value delivery with revenue expansion. This position is part sales, part account strategy, and part customer partnership with a hint of customer marketing—ideal for someone who thrives in consultative selling and long-term customer relationships.
