Requirements
- Expert proficiency with curved wood and wood joinery and other advanced carpentry skillset.
- Experience to accurately measuring length, cutting wood material, power saws & drills.
- Lift upwards to 70 lbs. frequently over a standard work day of 8 hours.
- Detailed and self-motivated.
- Possess safety awareness.
Responsibilities
- This position will be part of a team to make custom wood doors.
- Cut, shape, and smooth wooden parts
- Build wood doors using hand tools
- Sand products using sander or sandpaper
- Read tape measurements
- Utilize miter saws, air guns, and hammer
- Set up, operate, and tend drill presses, lathes, shapers, routers, sanders, planers, and wood-nailing machines
