The Custom Development Developer will work as part of the Custom Development team to estimate and develop custom solutions that enhance our portfolio. You will be partnered with a diverse and dynamic team that uses best-practice methods to build and QA BIRT reports, Business Automations, and Custom Interfaces.   • Assist the Project Implementation Specialist in scoping custom deliverables that meet customer requirements
  • Provide reliable estimates based on functional specifications
  • Produce custom products and new functionality to applications according the specifications provided by Professional Services, within scope, time, and budget
  • Troubleshoot and correct defects reported by customers and discovered by internal QA testing
  • Peer review code to verify it is up to company standards
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for custom development
  • Produce Technical Documentation
  • Serve on the PMO Steering Committee
  • Provide best practice recommendations for standardized processes and documentation
  • Provide recommendations for new standardized custom development products (e.g. ABPs)
  • Ensure that time spent meets bill-ability targets while also maintaining the balance of fairness and customer satisfaction of the client
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and on-time delivery
  • Understanding of working with commercial relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, MsSQL)
  • Experience with the below technologies: Java JavaScript MongoDB BIRT SQL Git Postman
