The University of Southern California (USC) department of Facilities Planning & Management (FPM) is seeking a Custodian Supervisor to join its team. The Custodian Supervisor supervises staff and the daily operations and activities of the custodial department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, supervising and coordinating custodial projects and activities. The Custodian Supervisor trains custodial staff on Pay for Skills and is responsible for administrating the department’s budget. Furthermore, this role will provide leadership and guidance to ensure that high standards of quality, service and customer experience are maintained. Internal candidates must have successfully completed the custodial Pay for Skills program in full to be considered for this role. FPM (formerly named Capital Construction & Development / Facilities Management Services) is responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining the breadth of the facilities at USC, and is also dedicated to creating a safe environment for our USC community.
