About The Position

As a Custodian Supervisor, also known as a Cleaning Team Lead, you will be the primary contact for the evening shift at a local school. Your role involves leading a small team to ensure that classrooms and hallways are thoroughly cleaned and sparkling for students the following day. This position requires hands-on cleaning duties while also overseeing the quality of work performed by your team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the school community.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug screen
• A positive, "can-do" attitude and leadership skills
• Reliability
• An eye for detail
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend for the duration of the shift
