About The Position

Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is excited to announce a full-time opening for the position of Custodial Services Specialist – P00478with Plant Operations. As a Custodial Services Specialist, you’ll play a key role in performing custodial care for the College’s buildings and other premises.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent and two (2) years of custodial experience.
• Demonstration of sufficient communication skills to safely and effectively perform service functions.
• Must have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum and dust conference room, employee dining room, offices, and classrooms.
• Mop floors; clean and sanitize restrooms; clean doorways, windows and blinds; replace supplies and empty trash.
• Assist in set-ups and moving furniture.
• Clean and dust.
• Maintain and store equipment and order supplies for area.
