About The Position

As a Custodial Services Specialist, you’ll play a key role in performing custodial care for the College’s buildings and other premises. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for: Vacuum and dust conference room, employee dining room, offices, and classrooms. Mop floors; clean and sanitize restrooms; clean doorways, windows and blinds; replace supplies and empty trash. Assist in set-ups and moving furniture. Clean and dust. Maintain and store equipment and order supplies for area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent and two (2) years of custodial experience.
• Demonstration of sufficient communication skills to safely and effectively perform service functions.
• Must have a valid driver license.
