Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Coordination & Development: Coordinate the development, revision, and maintenance of the BSN and RN to BSN curriculum.
  • Support the transition to and sustainability of a concept-based curriculum model.
  • Ensure consistency across all courses, syllabi, and learning materials.
  • Maintain master curriculum maps, and course sequencing plans.
  • Alignment & Mapping: Develop and update curriculum maps that align: Program Student Learning Outcomes (PSLOs/EPSLOs), Course-level objectives, AACN Essentials (2021), NCLEX-RN Test Plan and NGN Clinical Judgement Model, and QSEN competencies.
  • Ensure all curriculum components meet Arkansas State Board of Nursing and accreditation requirements (ACEN/CCNE).
