About The Position

Curriculum Coordinator The Learning Experience – West Windsor,NJ Inspire Teachers. Shape Curriculum. Help Children Love Learning. The Learning Experience in West Windsor is seeking a passionate and experienced Curriculum Coordinator to help guide our educational program and support our incredible team of educators. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves mentoring teachers, and is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences for young children. As Curriculum Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our classrooms are inspiring, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with the high standards of The Learning Experience. You will work closely with teachers, families, and leadership to foster a culture of learning, creativity, and excellence. What You’ll Do Lead and support the implementation of the TLE curriculum across classrooms. Partner with teachers to strengthen lesson planning, classroom engagement, and instructional strategies. Observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback and coaching to educators. Monitor children’s development and learning progress through assessments and documentation. Facilitate professional development and training to support teacher growth. Ensure classrooms maintain licensing compliance and educational standards. Collaborate with families by communicating curriculum goals, classroom learning, and developmental milestones. Research and introduce innovative teaching ideas, materials, and enrichment opportunities. Help maintain a positive, organized, and inspiring learning environment for both children and staff. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field or NJ Teaching Certification in Early Childhood Education (birth - 2nd grade) 3+ years of experience in early childhood education. Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practice. Experience mentoring or supporting teachers is highly preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze assessments and use data to improve curriculum outcomes. A creative mindset and genuine passion for helping children learn and grow. Certification in Early Childhood Education preferred. Comfort using Microsoft Office and educational software tools. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field or
  • NJ Teaching Certification in Early Childhood Education (birth - 2nd grade)
