About The Position

Job Description Location: Domino’s World Resource Center; 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 (Remote Friday) Shift: Fulltime; Salary Salary: $75,000-100,000, plus bonus. The Senior Ops Training Specialist is responsible for creating engaging training materials and delivering meaningful training and onboarding experiences for our Domestic Field team. This position works closely with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), Franchise Business Directors (FBDs), Franchise Business Consultants (FBCs), Department Centers of Excellence (COEs) and other internal stakeholders to create and execute training for the field team. The Senior Ops Training Specialist will also act as a partner to the larger Operations Training team, supporting initiatives and experiences alongside other Operations Training team members.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ program management experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in training
  • 3-5 years’ experience in curriculum development / instructional design
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Very strong track record of collaborating and managing change within an organization.
  • Appropriate level of computer and technology skills
  • Ability to work independently and be results-oriented
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong platform skills and ability to tailor message to audience
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and professional demeanor

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and SmartSheet would be highly valued.
  • Understanding of the RACI model and how to implement and communicate to all stakeholders
