About The Position

The Culture & Well-being Specialist will help the organization achieve full realization of its culture change and well-being initiatives. The culture specialist will support our FH Culture initiatives as well as DEI/Engagement and Staff Well-being. This is a critical role that runs across various HR functions (Talent development & Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Staff Well-being, and Internal Communication) and must be able to work collaboratively to integrate/connect various initiatives. The role requires implementing assessments, proposing improvements based on data, and executing project plans and business initiatives.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
  • Strong people skills and ability to work collegially with people from varying cultural and educational backgrounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to travel (domestically and internationally) up to 10% a year.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, communications or related field
  • Project management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources and organizational development.
  • Must have HRG experience
  • Project management and organizational change management experience
  • Prior experience in a complex, matrixed organization with the ability to scale processes in a global, professional, service organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Non-profit experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise-wide culture and DEI/Engagement initiatives.
  • Support culture initiatives including implementing communication campaigns, developing training content, and providing support to the Country Offices.
  • Responsible for measuring and reporting cultural impact through assessments, data, and other identified strategies.
  • Responsible for internal communications and change management support.
  • Support the establishing and maintaining of vibrant ERGs and Culture Champion Cohorts.
  • Promotes cultural best practices through sharing successes and learning from across the organization.
  • Supports the cultivation of a workplace environment to support the FH Culture.
  • Stays current on research and trends related to organization culture, DEI/EE engagement, and staff care (well-being).
  • HR processes optimization through process improvements and data analytics (HR Project Management).
  • Other duties as assigned.
