About The Position
The Vice President of Engagement, Culture, and Wellbeing is a transformational leader responsible for cultivating a people-centric culture that aligns with the organization's mission, values, and strategic priorities. This position leads enterprise-wide efforts to enhance employee engagement, psychological safety, and wellbeing, while embedding inclusion into the fabric of the organization. The leader partners closely with the CEO, CHRO, and the executive team to strengthen employee and provider experience and leadership capability while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Organizational Development, Public Health or related field. (Required)
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7 years in a senior or executive role within healthcare or similarly complex environment. (Required)
- Proven success leading engagement, culture, DE&I, and wellbeing strategies in unionized, regulated, and mission-driven organizations. (Required)
- Expertise in workforce analytics, change management, and leadership development. (Required)
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. (Required)
Nice To Haves
