About The Position

We’re seeking a Culture Engagement Lead to help drive coordination, strategy, and execution across Booz Allen’s employee engagement ecosystem. In this role, you’ll lead integration across employee communities, military engagement initiatives, and strategic engagement efforts, ensuring programs work together to strengthen connection and performance across the company. You’ll combine strong program management discipline with a passion for people and engagement, helping translate Booz Allen’s culture into scalable initiatives that energize our workforce and serving as an ambassador at industry events. This role requires someone who can bring structure to complex initiatives, align stakeholders across the organization, and help deliver engagement programs with excellence. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • Experience managing complex programs or portfolios with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working across teams to drive alignment and integration
  • Experience in project and program management, including planning, execution, and governance
  • Experience in stakeholder management and facilitation
  • Ability to translate strategy into structured plans and actionable initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Drive integration across Booz Allen’s culture engagement initiatives, including employee communities, military engagement efforts, and culture priorities.
  • Lead program and project management for a portfolio of engagement initiatives, ensuring clear plans, governance, timelines, and delivery milestones.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to align engagement programs with Booz Allen’s culture.
  • Support the development and execution of engagement initiatives, experiences, and events that strengthen connection across the workforce.
  • Establish scalable frameworks and processes that enable engagement programs to operate effectively across the company.
  • Participate in community events as needed and establish new relationships supporting our company military engagement.
  • Partner with employee listening to translate workforce insights into engagement strategies and actions.
  • Track program outcomes and continuously improve engagement approaches based on data and feedback.
