The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents under the supervision of the Director of Culinary Services. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Food service experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course or completion within the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Trains new employees, and ensures the food safety standards set by the State/Federal/Benedictine are met.
  • Fosters an engaged culture with the culinary team.
  • Fills in when needed in the kitchen and dining area.
  • Orders food and kitchen supplies and works with approved vendors.
