Requirements

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to read order items on a chit ticket.
  • Previous high-volume restaurant kitchen experience.
  • Stamina to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects frequently.

  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Good listening and knife/cooking skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
