Facilitates leasing activities to always ensure maximum occupancy and high renewal rates. Coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and showings. Ensures paperwork of current and prospective clients is completed accurately. This role must have a proven record of success in sales and/or leasing and deal-closing with a strong business acumen and understanding of what drives profitability. The individual will work independently in establishing and operating a successful business unit and strategize on growing the CUBExec brand to other locations.
