Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of diverse talents from various Academic Divisions, focusing on critical functions like budget monitoring, HR, and position control. Ensure team efforts are cohesive and aligned with the district's strategic objectives, promoting efficiency and effectiveness in operational processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the organization's goals to guide the team in aligning projects with the district's overarching vision. Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they contribute to academic and operational excellence.
  • Craft detailed project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocations. Lead the team in executing these plans, overseeing the coordination of resources to meet project deadlines and objectives successfully.
  • Monitor project budgets and spending, ensuring judicious use of resources and adherence to financial parameters. Utilize project management tools to enhance operational efficiency, identifying and mitigating risks that could affect project outcomes or financial health.
  • Cultivate an environment of teamwork and inclusivity, encouraging open dialogue, shared knowledge, and cross-functional problem-solving. Offer leadership and mentorship, focusing on goal setting, performance evaluation, and the professional growth of team members.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
