The Early College CTE Project Manager, within the Department of College and Career Readiness, advances Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways, College and Career Pathway Endorsement (CCPE) alignment, and early college opportunities across the district. The role ensures that dual credit is administered in accordance with guidelines established by the Illinois Community College Board and the Higher Learning Commission. The Project Manager collaborates with secondary partners, ICC departments, Education for Employment (EFE) systems, and other stakeholders to enhance pathway development, support dual credit alignment, expand work-based learning experiences, internship opportunities, and promote the successful transition of students into ICC’s CTE programs. This is a grant funded position through the Perkins Leadership Grant and Take Back the Trades Grant that run from January 2026 through June 2027. Compensation for the Early College CTE Project Manager is $58,000 - $67,000 annually.
