Position Summary You will lead consumer trade channel sales in the Philippines. You will build strong retail and trade relationships, deliver sales targets, and work closely with marketing, supply and finance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in consumer healthcare, FMCG, retail or trade sales.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts or trade customers and delivering sales targets.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical skills and experience using CRM or sales analytics tools to guide decisions.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the Philippines for field work and customer visits.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pharmacy, supermarket or wholesale distribution channels in the Philippines.
  • Prior people management or team leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with trade marketing and joint business planning processes.
  • Experience launching new products or running trade activation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in local languages and English for clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver agreed sales and growth targets for assigned consumer trade channels across the Philippines.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key retail, supermarket, pharmacy and wholesale trade customers.
  • Create and execute account plans and joint business programs with customers; monitor performance and adjust actions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply, finance and customer teams to align on demand planning, launches and promotions.
  • Coach, develop and mentor direct reports and sales partners to improve capability and performance.
  • Use sales data and market insights to identify opportunities, solve issues and recommend commercial actions.
