- Completion of CA A201, CA A202, and/or CA A224 or equivalent experience and ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist instructor with class
- Manage reservations and point of sale systems
- Inventory Control
- Customer Service
- FOH duties
- Cash handling and till reconciliation
- BOH duties
