Position Summary The School of Social Work’s Colorado System of Care Workforce Capacity Center (CO-SOC WCC) seeks qualified applicants for an open position for a Colorado State University (CSU) Intensive Home-Based Treatment Coach. This position will provide training consultation and technical assistance on evidence-based practices (EBPs), program implementation (including Intensive Home-Based Treatment), and Colorado System of Care (CO-SOC) workforce policies and practices. The CSU Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Coach is responsible for providing training on evidence-based and evidence-supported treatments, including Intensive Home-Based Treatment, to support WCC efforts toward achieving high-quality training and provider development across the CO-SOC model. The CSU IHBT Coach will provide systems level, program, and clinical consultation and training for organizations implementing Intensive Home-Based Treatment to prepare all staff within the provider organizations to implement IHBT with fidelity.
