This position is responsible for efficiently answering phone calls from prospective customers and scheduling appointments to meet with one of our outside sales representatives (Energy Consultants). This role works closely with the Energy Consultants, Marketing Team, and Operations Teams to effectively grow the business and retain current customers. This position will support the sales process from the initial appointment to the account set up and installation using supporting software programs. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage customer calls and other administrative responsibilities is essential.
