We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hialeah. This hybrid role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Inside Sales:
  • Proactively reach out to leads and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Proven experience in inside sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
