As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping our service team running smoothly.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
• Dispatch and coordinate technicians to meet customer needs
• Provide clear communication to customers regarding appointments and services
• Enter and update customer information in the scheduling system
• Assist with follow-ups, confirmations, and service reminders
• Support technicians and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver a positive, professional experience with every customer interaction
