Job Summary: As a CSC Order Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Order Execution Team. Your primary responsibilities will include processing and managing orders for non-engineered projects. You will review customer orders and purchases, coordinate order status, and ensure accurate and timely order entry. This role requires a technical mindset and excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Review customer orders and purchases.
- Coordinate order status - placing an order in Estimating, Order Entry, and Takeoff statuses.
- Adjust prices based on established guidelines.
- Send orders to manufacturing based on standard practices.
- Handle Order Processing and Order Management of Non-Engineered projects.
- Interact with customers and sales representatives.
- Work with customer on processing, scheduling, order changes, product issues, & customer claims.
- Utilize or develop knowledge of product and price book.
- Interact and coordinate with internal resources on projects.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of orders.
