About The Position

What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running reliably Adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality and meet production goals Communicate with team members to coordinate material flow and resolve issues Follow all safety procedures to support a safe working environment
Requirements
- Ability to safely operate and troubleshoot crushing and screening equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality materials
- Capability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs and priorities
- Comfort working in a physically active role with heavy industrial equipment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
