YOUR DAY AS A CRUMBL ASSISTANT MANAGER As the manager of the best dessert franchise in the world, you get to truly operate the entire bakery. Knowing and sharing the key metrics daily, driving performance, and rewarding excellence is fundamental to the role. From recruiting and training an A-level team, to developing the team into senior positions, to station mapping to ensure world-class service and quality takes place, keeping the store clean and presentable at all times, game planning and forecasting product needs, scheduling the staff, and ordering and taking inventory are all essential roles to managing a Crumbl location.
