About The Position

The Assistant Manager position at Crumbl Cookies is designed for a developing leader who enjoys working hands-on with a team, supporting daily operations, and growing into a larger leadership role. This position works closely with the General Manager to help run a fast-paced, high-volume bakery while learning the skills needed to advance into senior leadership. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a critical role in maintaining standards, supporting the team, and ensuring each shift runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or fast-casual leadership
• Comfortable supervising teams in a busy environment.
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn more about scheduling, labor control, and people development.
• Coach-able, customer-focused, adaptable, and accountable.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in QSR or food service is strongly preferred, but a strong work ethic and leadership mindset matter most.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including opening and closing shifts, scheduling support, labor awareness, inventory counts, production quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
• Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members and shift leads, helping reinforce expectations and Crumbl standards.
• Help monitor key performance indicators such as labor efficiency, sales trends, waste, and customer experience, escalating issues when needed and helping the General Manager implement solutions.
• Lead by example, remain calm under pressure, and contribute positively to team culture and performance.
