About The Position

Do you want to make some extra money, and are you available for part time work? Port Canaveral is looking for energetic and enthusiastic people that would like to work in the cruise industry. We represent Carnival and Princess cruise lines. If you are a customer service-oriented individual that likes to smile and interact with cruise ship guests, this is a great part time job for you! If you enjoy interacting with people and would like to be part of the cruise community, please see if this describes you: Can you spend the day in the cruise terminal, helping people and getting them ready to sail! Work as a team member, it's all of us together that make it a success after all! We provide guest logistics support to cruise ship lines. You will be working in what's called "Guest Cruise Experience" and the goal is to make our guests feel welcome and have fun, in the meantime, our employees usually have fun too. A busy cruise terminal is a fast paced, exciting place! Most of our agents make great memories and make some friends as well. You will be interacting with guests, answering their questions, and providing them with a great memory of their own. Cruise through the application process and we hope to meet you soon!

Requirements

• Must be good with technology devices like phones and computers
• Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours per shift
• Need people able to push wheelchairs onto the ships
• TWIC card required for some positions and is a plus
• Can pass a Drug test and Background check
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
• Sundays are required and Saturdays and Mondays are also needed
• Can start ASAP

Nice To Haves

• Would like to gain experience in logistics and customer service!
• Also seeking people with strong leadership skills and experience.
