About The Position

The Cross Functional Lead manages and is accountable for the functions supporting the sales team in delivering to client revenue goals. This senior leader plays a vital role in creating long term customer relationships, acting as the bridge between the client, internal and external stakeholders and our operational delivery teams. They are responsible and accountable for the support and Cross Functional Delivery Operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales operations management
  • Minimum of 3 years of program management or operations management

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 5 years of cross functional management
  • Client Engagement experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Talent management expertise
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint
  • Well versed in creating dashboards, Google sheets and Power BI
  • Global delivery experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Manage and build on key Client relationships
  • Manage and own service quality, cost, and leadership of the people delivering service for the cross-functional teams
  • Growing the business through noiseless delivery
  • Accountable for delivering service and achieving business goals of the assigned function and support teams
  • Lead the delivery strategy to meet and deliver on the value proposition to our clients
  • Confidently and proactively support sales through solutioning, lead the execution of the solution plan
  • Delivery excellence programs to achieve the delivery and commercial expectations of Accenture offerings
  • Provide strategic perspective, growing understanding of the business strategy to be able to act as an advocate and influencer of others
  • Value creation and sharing ideas relating to strategic opportunities
