- Leading Compensation Package in California:
- Compensation and Benefits: 5 years' experience $385,611.20 2 to 5 years' experience, $360,609.60 0 to 2 years $350,604.80
- Commencement Bonus: $60,000 for a 3-year commitment.
- PTO: 7 weeks of PTO
- $3,000/year CME allowance
- Relocation assistance/allowance available up to $10,000 for out-of-state or out-of-area candidates receipts required
