About The Position

The CRMG Office Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating the overall functions of the front office ensuring maximization of workflow while improving patient, physician, and other customer relations. Establishes and maintains strong communication with clerical, clinical and providers. Assists in the recruiting, hiring, orientation, development, training and evaluation of office support staff, including cross-training to ensure staff availability/coverage requirements. Serves as primary contact for investigating and resolving patient complaints. Acts as primary liaison with billing and coding departments to assist with patient billing questions. Coordinates employee relations issues. Partners with Practice Operations Director and Provider Site Lead to work with provider(s) to resolve issues and concerns. Utilizes the Human Resources representative from Cheyenne Regional Medical Center as a resource. Assists in the development of policies/procedures in accordance with Cheyenne Regional Medical Group and follows/administers all existing policies accordingly. Ensures all regulatory and compliance requirements are in place, including OSHA, CMS, CLIA, and other agencies in accordance with Cheyenne Regional Medical Center principles/policies. Provides operational management in the absence of the Practice Operations Director. Participates and leads ongoing process improvement efforts. When applicable, participates in Patient Centered Medical Home Care Team meetings and/or Patient Outreach Clinics and other patient access/care initiatives. Desired Skills: Excellent communication skills both oral and written to interact positively with patients, patient’s families, physicians, and other clinic staff Attention to detail; ability to assess, evaluate, teach, problem solve using critical thinking and perform calculations from a clinical and business aspect Ability to work in an organized manner Ability to adapt and remain professional in a stressful environment Ability to use interpersonal skills to establish/maintain cooperative relationships with patients, physicians, managers, and all practice staff Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft programs and ability to adapt to new software programs and electronic health record environment Solid - working knowledge; able to apply general principles Expert - able to apply general principles and specific details Here is What You Need: Education or Experience (must meet one of the following): Associate's degree or higher in business administration, health administration, or related field Two (2) or more years of healthcare experience Cheyenne Cardiology, Nephrology Clinic, Podiatry, and Vascular and CT Clinic Only: Valid USA Driver’s license Must have clean driving record that follows Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s driving guidelines Nice to Have: Bachelors or higher degree in business administration, or health administration, or related field. • OR, four (4) or more years of healthcare experience in lieu of education. Prior management/staffing experience across multiple clinics. Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in business administration, health administration, or related field
  • Two (2) or more years of healthcare experience
  • Valid USA Driver’s license (Cheyenne Cardiology, Nephrology Clinic, Podiatry, and Vascular and CT Clinic Only)
  • Must have clean driving record that follows Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s driving guidelines (Cheyenne Cardiology, Nephrology Clinic, Podiatry, and Vascular and CT Clinic Only)
