About The Position

This internship offers a rotational experience across leading CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and Creatio within Wipfli’s Growth & Collaboration space. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to CRM implementation and client engagement, while developing foundational consulting skills. The program emphasizes learning Lean principles and structured problem-solving, culminating in capstone projects.
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related field of study
- Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with the disciplined rigor for following proven methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
- Ability to build and foster professional business relationships
- Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Wipfli will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)

Responsibilities
- Participate in the analysis, design, selection, and implementation of CRM software systems
- Collaborate with consultants to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clients
- Assist in business analysis and project management across a variety of industries
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions
- Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions
- Engage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo builds
- Learn and apply Lean principles and structured problem-solving techniques
- Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program impact
