JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for the day-to-day administration and all other aspects of internal users’ Salesforce/CRM experience. Work collaboratively with the CRM Data Analyst as well as assist the Senior Director of Data Analytics with special project assignments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsible for Salesforce and/or other company CRM systems administration, development, and maintenance. Provide technical support for the company’s CRM. Responsible for keeping systems current by data scrubbing and data entry. Manage special projects as assigned. Design and present training sessions to internal Benecon/ConnectCare3 staff as well as external system users. Propose and implement new operational procedures, policies, and best practices aimed at improving effectiveness. Analyze operational departments’ duties and workflows.
