About The Position

As a CRM Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of campaigns in support of TVE and Peacock apps. You will contribute to the customer lifecycle marketing strategy for TVE apps and Peacock, with a strong focus on driving behaviors that increase customer lifetime value. You will also develop and support campaign strategies that promote emerging partnerships for NBCU. You will develop and implement CRM strategies to drive behavioral changes among users of TVE and Peacock products. You will focus on continuous program improvement with an iterative and rigorous test and learn agenda across marketing channels. And, you will collaborate across the CRM team and, when needed, with other NBCU departments to support all phases of campaign planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience, preferably in direct-to-consumer digital marketing
  • Experience with CRM marketing and MarTech platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Iterable
  • Experience using data and interpreting trends to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns (BI tool experience a plus; Tableau, Looker, Power BI etc)
  • Experience storytelling through data, navigating reporting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using A/B testing to optimize and refine programs
  • Experience with project management tools like Airtable, Smartsheets

Responsibilities

  • Develop CRM campaign strategy in support of various TVE and Peacock initiatives including lifecycle, partner marketing and fan engagement.
  • Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are on time for campaigns using project management tools such as Airtable.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design CRM campaign strategies supporting key initiatives, including, but not limited to, lifecycle journeys, product launches, and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Create and deliver presentations that communicate campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
