About The Position

This is the start of something BIG! As a sales manager for our CRM product (our fastest-growing product line), you will be responsible for building, growing, and developing the very best CRM sales team by providing expert-level industry and sales knowledge, while coaching, training, and focusing on process improvement. The ideal candidate will value transparency and diversity, be driven to success, constantly curious, and have a passion for collaborating with, developing, and helping others. You should excel in building new teams while coaching experienced Account Executives on selling a CRM product suite. Come join our team so, together, we can impact how teams work across the globe!

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales management
  • 3+ years of experience selling a CRM SaaS solution
  • Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle management & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required. Partnership experience is a plus!
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute. This is the start of a large-scale build-out
  • Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position against competitors
  • Demonstrate a strong adherence to process, with a passion for process improvement
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Track record of success being a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive
  • BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience
