Job Description David Yurman Internship Program The David Yurman Summer Internship Program is a paid, 10-week learning experience in which interns collaborate closely on company projects and initiatives in their respective professional areas of interest. Interns also work in teams throughout the summer to develop their capstone project, which is presented to our senior leadership team at the end of the summer. At David Yurman, we are proud to foster a learning environment and provide interns with a robust learning and development program. Through professional and social events with internal and external guest speakers, interns have the opportunity to learn more about jewelry, luxury retail as well as develop their communication, presentation and leadership development skills. Dates: June 8th, 2026 - August 7th, 2026

Requirements

  • Analytical – able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Detail-oriented – precise in data capture, reporting, and list creation
  • Collaborative – comfortable working across teams and global functions.
  • Proactive – takes initiative in identifying opportunities and improvements.
  • Adaptable – quick to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
  • Must be currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in a related field with a 3.0 overall GPA minimum.

  • Business, Data Analytics, or Retail Management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Insights – Analyze customer database trends to identify opportunities for client retention, growth, and improved personalization.
  • Competitor Benchmarking – Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to assess best practices in CRM, data capture, and clienteling strategies.
  • Tool Development Support – Partner with cross-functional and global retail teams to support the design and rollout of a new clienteling tool that fosters stronger client relationships.
  • List Creation & Targeting – Build and manage segmented client lists for personalized outreach and retention campaigns.
  • Performance Reporting – Monitor, report, and optimize CRM KPIs to continuously improve customer data quality and engagement outcomes.
