Please note the is a hybrid role with 2-3 days/week in office at our Morgan Hill, CA office for collaboration and connection. You will have the opportunity to: Serve as the main point of contact during a customer’s CRM implementation process and regularly onboard new SMB customers as needed. Work closely with Sales, Implementation and Success teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience for the Shopmonkey CRM tool. Deliver top tier customer service and support for the Shopmonkey CRM tool, focused on understanding automotive repair shop marketing needs and how CRM Essentials can add value to any repair shop. Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business Learn all about the Shopmonkey product suite and automotive industry
