About The Position

We are looking for an amazing intern to join our marketing team! Report to Hera, our Senior CRM Manager in Paris. The CRM team works together with other experts from the brand & marketing team but also with Business, Product and Engineering teams. We are responsible for delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right moment, through different channels like emails, push notifications and in-apps. As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Intern, you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on marketing campaigns and transactional communications in all markets we operate.

Requirements

  • You feel comfortable working & speaking in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly detail-oriented (this is a must) and creative with an experimentation and testing mindset.
  • You are someone who enjoys the technical side of CRM including working on automation and data integration as well as the creative side focusing on content and design.
  • You are able to work independently and cross-functionally while demonstrating drive and initiative.
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to multi-task efficiently.
  • You are adaptable and a fast learner eager to acquire new skills.
  • You have affinity with data, you are at ease with numbers and statistics.

Nice To Haves

  • You have already used a CRM campaign management tool: big plus if used Braze.
  • You have experience with programming languages. It is a big plus but not required!
  • You have previous experience in marketing, a big plus if it was in CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Support in brainstorming, implementing and analyzing transactional CRM communication that enhances our existing customer journeys while also building new ones to support product/service initiatives. This includes working with Product and Engineering teams to define data needs and leverage it to create an end-to-end CRM flow.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, working closely with our brand, business and design teams.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to provide recommendations to the team for strategic improvements.
  • Provide support on CRM automation to identify areas for increased process efficiency leverage that to provide dynamic, personalized content to users
