Role Overview The CRM Campaign Manager is a technical, platform-focused role responsible for executing and optimizing multichannel CRM campaigns within a managed SaaS environment. This individual will play a critical role in understanding how customer data flows across systems, building and deploying campaigns, and ensuring best practices for testing, personalization, and consumer communications. This role operates heavily within the Braze platform and requires a strong understanding of CRM systems, customer lifecycle marketing, and journey orchestration. The CRM Campaign Manager will support multiple clients/retailers, creating dynamic, personalized campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working within platforms, solving problems, and continuously improving campaign performance through data and experimentation.
