We’re on the hunt for a Campaign Manager for Acquisition Direct Marketing who excels in campaign management, cross-functional coordination, and operational execution to bring direct marketing strategies from concept to market. If you have a knack for project management and can juggle multiple campaigns at different stages of the campaign management lifecycle while ensuring smooth operational execution, we want you on our team! You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, using diverse skills and perspectives to drive our campaigns forward. You’ll ensure our campaigns are completed on time, efficiently, and with zero defects. Your mission: make sure our Direct Mail and Email campaigns are always timely, high-quality, and are implemented in effectively and efficiently. Plus, you’ll be challenged to innovate and find opportunities to improve processes that will enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role is located in our Bellevue, WA HQ and or Overland Park, KS offices. T-Mobile is enjoying three days a week hybrid work environment!

Requirements

  • Project Management: Ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure smooth operational execution
  • Strong organizational skills to keep track of campaign details and timelines
  • Proficiency in leading schedules and meeting deadlines to ensure timely campaign delivery
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
  • CRM Systems and Marketing Automation Tools: Proficiency in using CRM systems and marketing automation tools to complete campaigns (Adobe, Marketing Cloud)
  • Budget Management: Experience in handling and optimizing marketing budgets
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required)
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience leading Acquisition Direct Marketing campaigns (4+ years preferred)
  • 2-4 years of project management experience, juggling multiple projects at once (3+ years preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience maintaining relationships with external vendors and agencies (3+ years preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in the wireless, internet, or subscriber-based industry (2+ years preferred)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Develop and handle critical campaign elements including work back schedule and operational elements (CTAs, SKUs)
  • Partner with business owners to understand budgets, paper sourcing needs, and facilitate with print vendors
  • Translate and communicate marketing strategy into targeting requirements, and coordinate delivery of data to print vendors; work with data ops and enablement for the sourcing of new data, as needed
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams during creative development process, and participate in creative reviews and QA
  • Provide weekly campaign status updates, create/distribute campaign announcements, monitor campaign delivery
  • Maintain inventory of campaign documents and artifacts for historical record
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and improvement processes to support campaign management efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support the Team: Seamlessly integrate into the larger cross-functional Direct Marketing team
  • Engage in quarterly planning, forecasting, monthly business reviews, and end-of-year summaries

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Prepare operational reports with insights and actionable recommendations
  • Present findings to team members and provide data-driven insights to inform operational approaches
