Position Summary: The Minnesota Twins are seeking a data-driven CRM & Audience Strategist to support the Club’s ticket sales growth and fan communication strategy in close collaboration with the Ticket Sales & Service and Marketing departments. This role will oversee and optimize our ticket sales CRM and sales automation platforms while partnering closely with Marketing to leverage segmentation and audience activation tools. This role will collaborate with the Technology department to drive platform enhancements and optimize campaign workflows, data pipelines, and integrations. The position blends CRM platform management, audience segmentation, campaign analytics, and performance evaluation to drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, hands-on CRM experience, and the ability to translate campaign performance data into strategic recommendations. Final title and level may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
