About The Position

This position supports the Medical Sales Leadership Team responsible for all critical sales data dashboards and sales reports critical for strategy development and tracking performance across key sales metrics. This position is also responsible for managing Curbell CRM/SAP interface including being a member of the SAP IT team responsible for upgrades or testing additional capabilities. This position will be responsible for training associated with the CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Reporting, Metrics and Dashboards – Collaborate with Medical Leadership team to understand objectives to then design, deploy, execute and analyze data and information that align with accomplishing our annual revenue goals and annual objectives.
  • Create ad-hoc customer/territory reports based on internal and external customer needs.
  • Create monthly or quarterly GPO/IDN reports based on member agreement requirements based on specific line item criteria specified in our agreement.
  • Research hospital data and status utilizing on-line databases and websites to communicate to sales and other cross-functional departments and update SAP.
  • Contract Management – Lead the coordination with all applicable departments to review, update, communicate and finalize customer legal requests and agreements. (RFP, IDN, GPO, Supplier Requests from customers)
  • Responsible for identifying contracted customers and updating CRM with contract pricing customer requirements and working with finance to validate monthly GPO/IDN admin fees and FM Distributor commissions.
  • SAP (ERP) Systems Operations - Take ownership and lead efforts on the strategies focused on SAP system integration with Sales, Customer Service and Administration.
  • Provide context and subject matter expertise needed for the business process requirement analysis and mapping of Curbell requirements to SAP best practices.
  • Facilitate change management efforts and build a culture of continuous improvement related to SAP system integration.
  • Develop functional specs for data conversions, interfaces, workflow, forms and reports.
  • Create process scenarios and scripts for testing.
  • Coordinate appropriate end user training.
  • Develop functional system documentation and end user training materials.
  • SAP CRM Administration - Take ownership and lead efforts on the strategies focused on SAP CRM system integration with Sales, Customer Service and Administration.
  • Coordinate and assist in the development of all training documents associated with CRM utilization.
  • Create and maintain all CRM metric requirements
  • Work with Sales Managers to ensure all CRM needs are captured.
  • Collaborate with IT on what is available within the system and how we can best utilize.
  • Benchmark with other SAP CRM users in order to identify best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
