About The Position

Working closely with our clients and the digital marketing team, the right candidate will be responsible for helping deliver best in call CRM campaigns for our clients. The successful candidate will be familiar with using insight to drive Email, SMS and automated programs to improve customer retention and acquisition.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Email Marketing experience
  • Experience with leading clients through an ESP launch process
  • Klaviyo experience preferred
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape with previous experience launching multi-channel digital propositions that have delivered key business impact
  • Experience with delivering and optimizing key Digital & Email Marketing concepts such as (but not exclusively) automation, integration & segmentation
  • Previous experience designing complex automated flows based on customer behavior
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Comfortable creating and implementing A/B tests as well as analyzing and reporting on the results
  • Excellent track record with client relationships
  • Confident user of Google or Adobe analytics and Excel
  • Comfortable producing complex reports

Nice To Haves

  • Previous management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Help implement and manage customer and data led Email, SMS marketing campaigns, and automation programs to deliver customer retention and frequency.
  • Assist the team lead in managing a small team of email coordinators
  • Delegate tasks and foster professional growth within each of the employees.
  • Adopt new trends and strategies to expand the customer base such as upselling and cross-selling
  • Build and maintain profitable relationships with venue clients
  • Oversee the relationship with customers handled by the team
  • Monitor and improve performance of all Email Marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with Internal teams and our clients to ensure the campaign and copies of the newsletters are fit for brand.
  • Build and share weekly ad hoc reports that prove or suggest the effectiveness of the campaigns and strategy.
  • Familiar with all the marketing initiatives, customer acquisition and retention programs via key marketing channels
  • Research and analyze local market competitors.
  • Become familiar with the latest Email and SMS trends and regulations.
